Taxation and Government Size

Q15: Should we tax the rich more or less? ​ Does taxing the rich and corporations more, help or hurt the rest of us?  Explain your reasoning as best you can.

Q16: How does government size impact us? How does the size of government affect jobs, prosperity, incomes and American competitiveness? Does government spending create or kill jobs? What about during a recession? What makes you say this?
